【摘要】 阐述了高效蓄热式工业炉 (北岛炉 )的原理及其应用情况。北岛炉将蓄热式热回收和换向式燃烧系统与炉子结合于一体 ,可将空气和煤气同时预热到 1 0 0 0℃ ,系统排烟温度低于 1 5 0℃。在轧钢加热炉上应用 ,可以以纯高炉煤气为燃料 ,达到节能 3 0 %～ 5 0 %、提高炉内温度均匀性、减少氧化烧损、保护环境的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The principle and applications of high efficient regenerative industry furnac(NIF)are introduced,which invented by Beijing North Island Energy Technology Co Ltd The furnace is combined the high efficienct regenerative heat recovery system with exchanger combustion system The fuel gas and air are pre heated over 1000℃,the exhausted gas temperature is less than 150℃ The single blast furnace gas can be used to hot rolling re heating furnace The application results show that the NIF is greatly benefit to energy saving,consumption decreasing and environment protection更多还原
