【摘要】 冷战结束后 ,国际格局发生重大变化 ,西方国家以新干涉主义为借口 ,频频干涉别国内政 ,民主和人权日益被作为意识形态武器而成为地缘战略的掩护 ,我国和广大第三世界国家应对此保持警惕。从国际法角度出发 ,着重分析了新干涉主义对主权原则和不干涉原则的违背 ,并指出主权原则和不干涉原则才是国际关系的基石 ,任何状况都不能动摇这一点。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the Cold War, the international situation has changed. The western powers intervened the domestic affairs of other countries under the pretence of the new interventionism. Democracy and human rights have generally become the shield of geostrategy as the ideological weapon. Those third world countries including China should make precautions to it. From the viewpoint of international laws, this paper mainly analyzes the violations to the principle of sovereignty and the principle of non-intervention by the new interventionism.更多还原
