【Abstract】 In the light of prominent such problems as lack of diversification of stockholders and inefficient operational relationship between the group and the subsidiaries, countermeasures and proposals are advanced to push ahead with the transformation of state-owned enterprise groups into stock companies, to improve the internal administration, and to focus on the capital management.
