无机胺合成ZSM-5沸石分子筛
Synthesis of ZSM-5 with Inorganic Amine
【摘要】 利用氨水为模板剂合成了 ZSM-5沸石分子筛 ,研究了合成温度和时间对分子筛合成的影响 .实验表明 ,在 1 4 2~ 1 77℃范围内 ,以氨水为模板剂都可以合成出 ZSM-5沸石分子筛 .合成温度越低 ,所需时间越长 .同时以 XRD为手段 ,对分别以氨水和正丙胺为模板剂合成的 ZSM-5沸石分子筛的结构进行了比较
【Abstract】 The ZSM-5 zeolite sieve is synthesized using ammonia as templating agent. The influence of synthetic temperature and crystallizing time on the synthesis of the zeolite are studied .It is found that ZSM-5 zeolite sieve is synthesized using ammonia as templating agent at temperature ranging from 142℃ to 177℃.The lower the synthetic temperature, the longer the synthetic time .The structures of ZSM-5 zeolites synthesized using ammonia are characterized by the method of XRD, comparing with the structure of ZSM-5 zeolite synthesized using n-propyl amine.
