【Abstract】 The saparation of phosphatidylcholine from soybean phospholipids by the chromatography method was researched in this papers.The AI 2O 3 Column was eluted with 95%EtOH.The yield and the enrichment of phosphatidylcholine were more than 90% respectively.This led the possibility of industry processing the phosphotidylcholine by the AI 2O 3 column chromatography.更多还原
