柚皮提取物的抗氧化作用研究
Study on Anti-oxidation of Pomelo Peel Extracts
【摘要】 用有机溶剂从柚皮中提取、硅胶柱洗脱、薄层色谱鉴别 ,分离出具有强抗氧化活性的组份C3 1,研究了pH值和温度对其抗氧化活性的影响 ,其最适作用pH值为 6 0 ,对温度的稳定性好。研究了其抗氧化增效剂 ,维生素C和柠檬酸具有协同增效作用。该组份对棕榈油和猪油酸败的抑制作用强于BHT。
【Abstract】 Antioxidative activity of pomelo(Citrus grandis) peel extracts was investigated in this paper. A component of C3 1 extracted from pomelo exhibited strong antioxidative activity as measured by linoleic acid autoxidation model. C3 1 showed its strongest antioxidative activity at pH6.0 and good stability to temperature. The antioxidation synergistic effect of C3 1 with Vitamin C and Citric Acid was studied too. C3 1 has stronger activity of antioxidation on Paml Oil and Lard than BHT.
