【Abstract】 The α linolenic acid with high purity is purified with Urea adduction fractionation method from the fatty acids mixture which is produced by linseed oil saponification.The paper discussed the factors in detail,such as operation temperature,adduction time and the feed ratio of Urea and MeOH to fatty acids,witch effect the α linolenic acid purity and yield remarkably,based on the theory of Urea adduction fractionation.The purity of α linolenic acid is increased from 46 7%to87 3%.The yield of α linolenic acid is about 53 5%.更多还原
