葡萄籽中低聚原花青素的研制
Study on Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins in Grape Seed
【摘要】 研究了从葡萄籽中提取低聚花青素 (OPC’s)。采用石油醚脱脂的干葡萄籽为原料 ,以乙醇为溶剂热提取后 ,通过调节pH除去杂质性蛋白 ,再用乙酸乙酯萃取分离粗提物 ,石油醚沉淀精制产品 ,最后经过聚酰胺柱层析得到纯度较高抗氧化性能优良的OPC’s产品。同时对不同层次产品的抗氧化性进行了考察 ,二聚体的抗氧化性最高。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a technology of extraction of oligomeric proanthocyanidins from grape seed was studied.Details were given of preparation involving the extraction of proanthocyanindins into aqueous ethanol,of concentration at low temperature to remove the ethanol,of fractionation by extraction wity ethy1 acetate and of precipitation of the proanthocyanidins from solution by the addition of ligroin.And then,a simple chromatographic method using polyamide chromatographic column was developed to separate proanthocyanidins in order to improve antioxidative properties.The antioxidation of varies production was determined.And the antioxidation of proanthocyanidins was the best.
