【摘要】 为探讨带蒂骨膜瓣再生软骨的机理及修复负重区关节软骨缺损的可行性 ,在兔右股骨内髁造成全层软骨缺损 ,实验组用逆动脉血流方向切取的带蒂骨膜瓣 ,对照组用游离骨膜移植修补。分别于术后 2、4、8、12周处死实验动物 ,行肉眼及组织学观察。结果显示 ,带蒂骨膜瓣的再生软骨能力优于游离骨膜 ,更适宜于修复负重区关节软骨缺损。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the mechanism of regeneration of the cartilage after the pedunculated periosteal valve grafting and the feasibility of the repair of the defect of th e weight-carrying regional articular cartilage with the pedunculated periosteal valve, the medial condyle of the right femora of 64 rabbits were made models by full thickness defect of the cartilage, the treatment group was repaired by the pedunculated periosteal valve taken in the counter arterial flow direction; the control group was repaired with free periosteal grafting. The rabbits were kille d at the 2nd, 4th, 8th, 12th weeks after the operation. The results showed that the capacity of regeneration of the cartilage after the ped unculated periosteal valve grafting was better than the capacity of regeneration of the cartilage after free periosteal grafting, therefore the pedunculated per iosteal valve adapt to repair the defect of the weight-carrying regional articul ar cartilage.更多还原
