【摘要】 目的 :分析 5 6例盘状半月板MRI表现 ,以提高盘状半月板诊断正确率。材料和方法 :经手术、关节镜确诊的 5 6例盘状半月板 ,对其MR图像不同层面进行测量 ,参照Crues等有关半月板损伤行MRI分级。结果 :5 6例盘状半月板形态学分型 :凹透镜型 2 9例 ,厚板型 10例 ,簸箕型 5例 ,后角肥大型 8例 ,不完全型 4例 ,其中央薄弱部分以粉碎性撕裂为主 ,周缘厚实部分以退变为主 ,MRI诊断与手术对比总符合率为 89 3 % ;结论 :对各种盘状半月板的认识有助于提高MRI诊断盘状半月板的正确率 ,并对外科手术有指导意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To analyse the MRI Manifestation in 56 cases with discoid lateral meniscus and improve the accuracy of MRI diagnosis for dicoid meniscus. Material and Methods: MRI findings of 56 cases of discoid meniscus verifided by operation or arthroscopy were measured in different anatomical section with referring to MRI grading of meniscus injury by Cruse etc. Results: In 56 cases, MR scans showed that concave lens liked meniscus was in 29 cases, think plate liked 10, dustpan liked 5, posterior horn thickened 8 and shape incompleted 4. Those with thin centers often suffered comminuted tear in jury, while thick brim was characterized by degenerative changes. For discoid meniscus, diagnostic accuracy was 89.3% MRI study. Couclusion: The results suggested that knowledge of the MRI manifestation of discoid menscus is useful for the diagnosis and management of these patients.更多还原
