【Abstract】 The Pharmacodynamics of Japanese Heart Tonic Pills (JHTP) was studied. Myocardial hypoxia tolerance test under normal pressure or induced by isoprenaline showed that JHTP prolonged survive time of mice. JHTP also prolonged the latent period of aconitine-induced arrhythmia and decreased the duration of arrhythmia. On the other hand, JHTP counteracted pituitrin-induced acute myocardial ischemia on rats、increased the flow of coronary artery in isolated heart of rabbit while didn’t influence heart rate. The maximal tolerance dose of JHTP on mice was above 1772.mg/kg, this dose was 300 times over daily dose of adults, which suggested its safety in clinic use.更多还原
