【摘要】 目的　研究胃乐散对急、慢性三种实验性溃疡模型的作用。方法　利用大鼠幽门结扎、乙酸性溃疡模型和小鼠利血平诱发胃溃疡模型灌胃给药试验 ,观察胃乐散抗实验性溃疡作用。结果　胃乐散三个剂量组 (分别为 0 .4g/kg、0 .2 g/kg、0 .1g/kg)灌胃对大鼠幽门结扎和乙酸引起的胃溃疡均有明显保护作用 ;对利血平诱发小鼠急性胃溃疡则无明显作用 ;胃乐散 0 .4 g/kg、0 .2g/kg还可明显减少胃液酸度 ,但对胃液量及胃蛋白酶均无明显影响。结论　胃乐散对大鼠幽门结扎和乙酸诱发的胃溃疡有明显抑制作用 ,其作用机制与抑制基础胃酸的分泌有关 ,可能涉及的其他机制有待进一步的探讨更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Wei-Le-San on three acute or chronic gastric ulcer models .Metheds The effects of Wei Le San on pylorus ligation induce , acetic acid induce and reserpine induce gastric ulcers models were investigated respectively .Results Wei Le San( 0.1? 0.2?0.4g/kg) had protection against the ulcers in the pylorus ligation induce and acetic acid induce models in rat , but no effect in the reserpine induce model in mice. The complex powder(0.4g/kg?0.2g/kg) markedly decreased the gastric juice acidity and , no gastric juice volume and activity of pepsin .Conclusions This study provided that Wei Le San can significantly inhibit gastric ulcer on pylorus ligation induce and acetic acid induce models in rat . The protection related to inhibit the basic secretion of gastric acid . The others machines will be studied farther.更多还原
