【摘要】 目的　观察SPLB 2 0 0型高能脉冲激光用于眼袋成形术的结果。方法　选择脂肪疝型眼袋患者 38例 ,用SPLB 2 0 0型高能脉冲激光行结膜囊内切口眼袋成形术 ,术中设定激光参数为脉冲能量 8～ 10mJ ,功率 7W ,聚焦光斑 <0 .5mm。切口不作缝合。结果　 36例患者接受了这种方法的手术 ,效果满意。结论　该方法具有出血少 ,手术时间短 ,无睑外翻等并发症的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the result of baggy eyelid plasty with SPLB 200 type ultrapulse laser. Methods The SPLB 200 type ultrapulse laser parameter settings were as follows:Pulse energy: 8～10mj. Power 7w, diameter of the focus:<0.5mm.The incision need not to be sutured. Results A total of 38 cases receive undergone the operation. All cases were satisfied. Conclusions The method has the advantages of little hemorrhage.
