【摘要】 目的　探讨人参、淫羊藿增强免疫功能的作用。方法　以氢化可的松复制免疫功能低下的动物模型 ,分别灌以人参、淫羊藿提取物或两者的混合物 ,计算其免疫器官的器官系数、巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率及吞噬指数、测定脾细胞分泌溶血素水平、测定淋巴细胞转化率和补体活性。结果与结论　两药物分别对模型动物的免疫功能都有增强作用。两药物合并使用则可以使淋巴细胞转化率、补体活性和巨噬细胞的吞噬功能 3项指标超过单独使用 ,说明两者具有一定的协同效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Ginseng and Korean epimedium herb on immunologic function. Methods A hypoimmunity mouse model was set up by hydrocortisone (i.m). The extracts of Ginseng and Korean epimedium herb were then administered (i.g.) with single or combined. The coefficient of immunologic organs, phagocytosis percentage and phagocytosis index of macrophage, the content of hemolysin secreted by spleen cells, the lymphocyte transformation rate and complement activity were measured, respectively. Results and Conclusions Bath of the herbs can strengthen the immunologic function of the model animals. When the two herb extracts were administered combinatively, the lymphocyte transformation rate, complement activity and phagocytosis index were better than that of single administration. It is showed that two herbs have synergetic effect on strengthening of immunologic function in mice.更多还原
