【Abstract】 Chromosomes were analysed in 85 cases of Klinefelter’s syndrome in Zhangjiang area.It was found that typical Klinefelter’s syndrome accounted for 78%,mosaic 14%,other chromosome abnormalities 4% and X overfulfilment 4%.The cytogenetic principles of Klinefelter’s syndrome and the relationship between karyotype and phenotype of different kinds of chromosome abnormalities were discussed.更多还原
