尖锐湿疣及疣旁组织中p53及bcl-2的表达

【摘要】 目的 :研究癌相关基因bcl- 2和p5 3在尖锐湿疣 (CA)及疣旁组织中的表达 ,探讨他们与尖锐湿疣中细胞增生的关系。方法 :用免疫组织化学LSAB法对 31例CA组织及 15例疣旁组织进行了检测。结果 :所有阳性表达细胞均位于基底层。湿疣及疣旁组织中均有表达 ,p5 3表达率分别是 6 6 .7% (2 1/ 31)和 2 6 .7% (4 / 15 ) (P <0 .0 2 5 )。而bcl - 2表达率分别是41 9% (13/ 31)和 6 .7% (1/ 15 ) (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :提示bcl- 2和p5 3两种癌相关基因的异常表达与CA发病机制有一定关系。

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this study is to detect both bcl-2 and p53 in bothcondyloma acuminatum(CA) and beside-wart tissue,then ascertain the correlation between them and the pathogenic mechanism of epidermic hyperplasia in CA.Method:p53 and bcl-2 proteins were detected by immunohistochemical LSAB method on paraffin-embedded sections from 31 CA specimens and 15 beside-wart tissues.Results:In all cases,most of th positive cells were in the basal layer.p53 protein was found in nucleus.67.7%(21/31)of CA cases and 26.7%(4/15) of beside-wart tissues were positive.Bcl-2 protein was located in cytoplasm.41.9(13/31) of CA and 6.7%(1/15)of beside-wart tissues were positive.Between CA and beside-wart tissues,there were significant difference in both p53 and bcl-2 respectively(P>0.025 and P<0.05 respectively).Conclusion:The results suggested that bcl-2 and p53 be two important factors in the pathogenic mechanism of CA,especially the epidermic hyperplasia.
