用实时精子分离系统提高精子质量的研究
Applying SHIS sperm-separating system to improve the quality of human sperm.
【摘要】 目的 :探讨实时精子分离系统 (王氏管系统 )在精子质量异常的不育男子中 ,提高其精子质量的应用价值。方法 :用实时精子分离系统分离、收集 2 4例精子质量异常的不育男子的精液 ,并用处理后的精液为其配偶行宫腔内人工授精。结果 :精液处理后 ,得到精子密度高、活力强 ,正常形态率高的悬液 ,且有 8例不育男子的妻子怀孕。结论。实时精子分离系统能有效地提高精子的质量。
【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the application of SHIS sperm-separating system(Wang’s tubular system) to improving the quality of the sperm from infertil men with abnormal spermatozoa.Methods:The sperm from 24 infertil men was separated and collected by applying SHIS sperm-separating system.Then the sperm after such treatment was intrauterinely inseminated to their respective sponses.Results:After such treatment,the suspension containing an adequate amout of motile spermatozoa with a high rate of normal morphology was obtained.Eight of the 24 sponses got pregnant.Conclusion:The quality of human sperm can be effectively improved by SHIS sperm-separating system.
