神经管畸形的病原探讨及预防
Detection of HVS,CMV,TOX DNA in tissues of NTD
【摘要】 目的 :探讨神经管畸形 (NTD)儿体内单纯疱疹Ⅰ、Ⅱ (HSVⅠ、Ⅱ )巨细胞病毒 (MV)、弓形体 (TOX)的感染情况。方法 :PCR法测NTD儿肝、肺、脑、胎盘组织中以上 3病原DNA。结果 :32例NTD中 3种病原阳性 2 9例 (90 .6 % ) ,正常新生儿胎盘 2 9例 5例阳性 (17.2 % )差异极其显著 (P <0 .0 0 1)其中以HSV -Ⅱ、TOX为主 ,与正常儿比差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。各脏器组织共 12 8份 ,阳性 6 6份 (5 1.6 % )各组织感染阳性率差异无显著性。结论 :本地区NTD发病率高的原因 ,除叶酸缺乏外 (国际上认为 )可能和单纯疱疹、弓形体感染有关。这可能和本地区产妇以农民为主、市民和农民混杂居住、牲畜进城有关。
【Abstract】 Objective:To determin whether the HSV,CMV,TOX is responsible for perinatal NTD.Methods:We assemble the brain,liver,lung and the placental from 32cases of NTD Newborn and the placenta from 29 normal newborn.In all the above tissues HSV,TOX,CMV DNA were detected by PCR.Results:PCR showed that the total positive rate of NTD and normal newborn were 90.6%(29/32) and 17.1%(5/29) respectively(P<0.001),among which the HSV-II,TOX DNA rates of the NTD:43.8% and 25% were significantly higher than that of normal newborn(P<0.05).The positive rates of HSV,CMV,TOX,DNA in brain,liver,lung and placena of the deformed babies were 53.1%,62.5%,43.7%,46.9% respectively,there were no statistical differences.Whereas the positive rate of HSV,TOX DNA in deformed and normal newborn placnta was 46.9%,17.2% respectively.Here was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclussion:HSV,TOX may play an important role in fetus NTD and that may be the reason of high incidence of this area.
