连续冷却和搅拌条件下树枝晶向粒状晶转变时间的估算
Evolution time calculation of dendrite to granular particle during continuous cooling and stirring process
【摘要】 介绍了连续冷却和搅拌条件下树枝晶向粒状晶转变的填充间隙 (FAS)和颈缩熔断 (NMAR)两种机制 ,并通过理论推导得到了可以用来计算其转变时间的数学公式。两种机制下的转变时间计算结果与实验结果吻合较好。
【Abstract】 Two evolution mechanisms, filling arm spacing and necking melting arm’s root, of the primary solid from dendrite to granular particle under the condition of strong stirring and continuous cooling were theoretically introduced. The corresponding dynamics models were mathematically built up so as to determine their evolution time. The calculated results of the evolution time of the filling arm spacing and the necking melting arm’s root agree well with the experiment results.
