磁性纳米光催化剂的制备及其光催化性能
Preparation of nanometer-sized magnetic photo-catalysts and their photo-catalytic activity and properties
【摘要】 以Fe3 O4 为载体 ,制备了易于固液分离回收的磁性复合纳米光催化剂 ,采用SEM、元素分析、XRD等方法表征催化剂的表面形貌、晶体结构。结果表明 ,二氧化钛包裹在Fe3 O4 的表面 ,其包裹量越大 ,粒径越大 ,锐钛矿峰越强。利用光催化降解甲基橙的效果来考察磁性复合光催化剂的活性 ,直接包裹在Fe3 O4 表面的TiO2 活性低于纯TiO2 的 ,而在Fe3 O4 与TiO2 之间包裹SiO2 ,可以有效地提高其光催化活性 ,其活性与纯TiO2 接近。
【Abstract】 Innovative nanometer sized magnetic photo catalysts, which are named as TiO 2/NiPc/Fe 3O 4 or TiO 2/SiO 2/NiPc/Fe 3O 4 and are liable to be separated and recovered, were prepared using Fe 3O 4 as support. The surface morphology and crystal pattern were investigated by means of SEM, element analysis and XRD. The results showed that TiO 2 wraps on the surface of Fe 3O 4, and that the particle size and the intensity of anatase (101) peaks increased with the increase of TiO 2 content. As a probe reaction, the photo catalytic activity is evaluated by methyl orange photo oxidation. When TiO 2 directly wraps on the surface of Fe 3O 4, the photo catalytic activity is lower than that of pure TiO 2. However, when SiO 2 wraps on the surface of Fe 3O 4 at first, and then TiO 2 wraps on the surface of SiO 2, the photo catalytic activity of TiO 2/SiO 2/NiPc/Fe 3O 4 is near to that of pure TiO 2.
