【摘要】用SEM ,TEM和XRD等分析设备系统分析了Al Ti B合金的显微组织 ,结果表明 :在Al 5Ti 1B合金组织中有TiAl3 和TiB2 颗粒团 ,而Al 3Ti 3B合金组织中仅有 (Al,Ti)B2 颗粒团 ,并认为 (Al,Ti)B2 应是TiB2和AlB2 的混合体更多还原

【Abstract】 The microstructures of Al Ti B alloys were sy stematically analyzed by using SEM, TEM and XRD instruments. It is shown that the small TiB 2 partic les in the microstructure of Al 5Ti 1B are TiB 2, whereas the small particles in Al 3Ti 3B alloy are (Al, Ti)B 2, and the (Al, Ti)B 2 are the mixture of Ti B 2 and AlB 2 phases.更多还原
