【摘要】 目的　总结介入超声用于颈部肿块诊治的经验与教训及其在临床诊治中的实用价值。方法　 10 8例颈部肿块病人在彩超引导下 ,作自动活检诊断与穿刺治疗术。结果　 80例实性肿块的自动活检病理结果准确率为 95 %(76 / 80 ) ;2 8例炎性液性肿块的诊断率和治愈率均为 10 0 %。结论　介入超声用于颈部肿块诊治的关键在于彩超定位的准确性 ,具有安全、可靠、快捷的优点 ,应作为临床诊治颈部肿块的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Sum up experience and lesson of the application interventinal ultrasound to diagnosis and treatment for the neck masses, Real firm it’s clinical value. Methods 108 cases with neck masses have been made color ultrasound guided autometic biopsy and draw fluid add to inject. Results Accurate rate of the automatic biopsy pathology results is 95% (76/80) for the 80 cases object masses. 28 cases fluid masses have been diagnosed for abscess and at the sametime to inject antibioptic under interventional ultrasound. Which achieve good results, course of treatment is short. Conclusion Interventional ultrasound use for neck masses diagnosis and treatment, the key in that is located with color ultrasound guidance, that is safe, guick and reliable, should as first selection method for neck masses diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
