【摘要】 目的　探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌术前诊断腋窝淋巴结转移的临床价值。方法　采用二维及彩色多普勒超声分别对 2 8例乳腺癌患者术前进行腋窝淋巴结的形态、大小、数目及血流动力学指标的观察。结果　 2 8例中术后病理证实有淋巴结转移的 2 1例 ,无转移者 7例。结论　淋巴结直径 >0 .8cm可作为淋巴结转移的参考指标 ,加之检测出丰富高速血流信号是诊断转移的可靠征象更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the clinical value of 2 D and color Doppler ultrasonic on the preoperative axillary lymphatic metastasis of breast cancer. Methods With 2 D and color Doppler to observe the form,size,amount and hemodynamics index of 28 breast cancer patients’ preoperative axillary lymphatic metastasis. Results Of the 28 cases, the postoperative pathology proves there are 21 lymphatic metastasis. Conclusion That the diagram of lymph node is greater than 0.8cm can be a reference index for lymphatic metastasis, and the abundant and rapid blood stream signal is a sure symptom for diagnosis of lymphatic metastasis.更多还原
