【摘要】 目的　评价老年中晚期消化道恶性肿瘤介入治疗的安全性及疗效。方法　经病理学证实 33例患者 ,男2 6例、女 7例 ,平均年龄 6 9.3岁 ;根据肿瘤所在的部位将导管插至靶动脉造影。并视其肿瘤血供丰富状况分别采取化疗灌注或 /和栓塞措施。结果　肿块明显缩小者占 2 7.3% ,缩小不明显但症状明显好转者占 5 7.5 %。且提高了生存率和生存期。结论　选择性动脉插管化疗灌注或 /和栓塞为不能承受手术老年中晚期消化道恶性肿瘤患者提供了安全可靠、疗效肯定的姑息性治疗方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of intraarterial chemotherapy or(and) embolization in the treatment of senile patient with advanced malignant tumor of digestive tract. Methods 33 senile patients were confirmed pathologically. The 26 male and 7 female patients had a mean age of 69.3 years. After arteriography was accomplished according to the location of malignant tumors, intraarterial chemotherapy or (and) embolization was performed in the patients with hypovascular or hypervascular tumor. Results Decrease in tumor size appeared in 9 patients(27.3%) and relief of symptoms in 17 patients(57.5%). Survival rate and survival period were improved. Conclusion Intraarterial chemotherapy or(and) embolization is safe and effective in the treatment of senile patients with advanced malignant tumors of digestive tract. [更多还原
