【摘要】 目的　探讨骶髂关节解剖特点与X线表现的相关性。方法　对 12具尸体的骶髂关节进行了详细解剖和观察 ,并对尸体 2 4个和活体 2 0 0个骶髂关节的X线表现进行了测量和分析。结果　尸解结果表明每个人骶髂关节软骨的厚薄、大小和关节间隙的宽度或形状都不一样。结论　通过骶髂关节解剖特点与X线表现的对照。进一步提高了诊断骶髂关节病变的正确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate the relationship of anatomical feature and the X ray manifestations of the sacroiliac joint. Methods The sacroiliac joints of 12 corpses were minute dissected, and the X ray manifestations of the sacroiliac joint of 24 corpse and 200 living body were measured or analyzed. Results The results of the autopsy showed that cartilaginous thickness, size and joint interval’s width or shape of every body sacroiliac joint were not alike. Conclusion After comparison of anatomical feature and the X ray manifestations of the sacroiliac joint is improved. [更多还原
