【摘要】 在动物模型上观察了铁筷子多糖 (HFPS)对实体型S1 80肉瘤生长的抑制效应 ,在光学显微镜下对比了局部肿块中癌细胞的生长特征 ,并用生化方法对各组动物血SOD、GSH -Px活力及MDA含量进行了检测。结果表明 ,HFPS具有确定的抑制S1 80生长的作用 ,机制可能与其提高抗氧化酶活性 ,限制过氧化反应有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Experiment has observed the inhibitions of hellebores thibianus franch. Pulysaccharide (HFPS) to tumor S 180 on animal model.The cells′s growth specific property in tumor mass were studied order microscope,the vitalities of SOD.GSH-Px and the MDA contents in all of the groups were determined by some biochemical methods.Results showed that HFPS has a definite function on inhibiting tumor.We inferred that which mechanism contacted with the antioxidation.更多还原
