【摘要】 目的 :研究肾性高血压大鼠血清TNF、IL -1、IL -2水平的改变 ,探讨其在肾性高血压发病中的意义 ,验证滋水降火饮的调节治疗作用。方法 :用两肾一夹法复制大鼠肾性高血压模型 ,采用放射性免疫学方法测定血浆AngII含量、血清TNF、IL -1、IL -2含量 ,观察服用滋水降火饮后对其异常改变的调节作用。结果 :肾性高血压大鼠血浆AngII含量及血清TNF、IL -1含量均显著升高 ;IL -2含量明显偏低 ,滋水降火饮 (2 0、4 0 g/Kg)对以上改变有改善作用。结论 :调节肾性高血压大鼠血清TNF、IL -1、IL -2水平、降低血浆AngII含量可能是滋水降火饮发挥治疗作用的途径之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research the changes of the contents of serum cytokines in RHR and to evaluate the effects of ZSGHY. Methods: Renal arteries were constricted bilaterally with silver to induce RHR. The changes of ZSJHY on Plasma Angiotensin (Ang II)?Serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF)?interleukin-1(IL-1)?interleukin-2(IL-2) in RHR were investigated by immunoradiometric assay. Result: The contents of TNF?IL-1 were obviously increased and IL-2 were decrease in RHR, which were related to increasing of Ang II. ZSGHY could correct the changes.Conclusion: Regulating the contents of serum cytokines and decreasing the levels of Ang II may be one of mainly way of treatment by ZSJHY.更多还原
