【摘要】 目的 :探讨络通对糖尿病大鼠视网膜微血管的作用及其可能机理。方法 :4 0只SD大鼠随机分成正常对照组、链脲佐菌素糖尿病组与络通预防组 ,络通粉末混入普通饲料给药 ( 4 g/kg·d-1)。 1 80天后处死动物取血测血流变、血浆一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛 (MDA)、全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物 (t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物(PAI)等 ,并进行视网膜光镜及透射电镜观察。结果 :糖尿病大鼠 6个月时出现明显高凝、高粘现象 ,视网膜微血管损害比较明显 ,络通干预后高凝、高粘现象及视网膜病变明显改善。结论 :络通对早期糖尿病大鼠视网膜病变具有良好的保护作用 ,这可能与其能减轻氧自由基损伤 ,增强纤溶活性及改善血流变等有关更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the protective effect and mechanism of luotong on streptozotocin-induced diabetic retinopathy. Methods Forty male sprague-dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control rats, streptozotocin diabetic rats and diabetic rats treated with luotong.the powder of luotong were mixed with the food (4g/(kg·d -1 )). all experimented rats were killed at 6 months. Hemodynamics?carbonmonoxide (NO), malondialdehyde(MDA)?glutathine peroxidase(GSH-PX)?t-PA and PAI were observed. Retinal tissues of rats were observed with optical microscope and transmission eletronic microscope. Results At six months, the STZ-diabetic Retinal showed the pathological damages were milder than the preventive group and normal control group according to the data from optical and eletronic microscope, and various indexs of preventive group were better than model group. Conclusions luotong were effctive on delaying or possibly preventing the dibetic retinopathy, and this effect may be partly achieved by decreasing the lesions of oxygen free radical, correcting the disturbance of hemorrheology and plasma t-PA?PAI activities.更多还原
