【摘要】 目的 :报道编制《职业性骨关节病》(总则 )的结果和体会。方法 :在 4万多张骨骼 X线片筛选 ,40 0 0多例观察 ,10多万数据搜集整理的基础上 ,提出“职业性骨关节病”的概念 ,形成同名专著 ,进而编制诊断标准。结果 :《职业性骨关节病诊断标准》(总则 )初步编制成功 ,多方征求意见 ,6易其稿。结论 :某些职业性有害因素损害骨关节系统的情况是客观存在的。其中损害严重构成疾病的 ,应属职业性骨关节病 ,需要制定相应的标准界定和规范。 X线检查是主要的诊断方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The result and the experience of compiling occupational osteoarthropathy (Genaral) were reported.Methods More than 40 000 skeletal roentgenogram had been sifted. More than 40 000 case reports had been observed. More than 100 000 scientific datum had been collected and arranged. On the basis of aforesaid materials, conception of occupational osteo arthropathy was put forward. The book《Occupational Osteoarthropathy》 was written. The diagnostic criteria of such an occupational disease were compiled. Results The diagnostic criteria of occupational osteoarthropathy (Genaral) was written tentatively. To solicit the masses of opinions, it was revised for six times. Conclusion The conditions of skeleton and joint system damaged by some occupational osteoarthropathy do exist, and they should be regulated and diagnosed by the corresponding criteria. It is concluded that the roentgenoscopy is primary diagnostic method.更多还原
