【摘要】 蒲公英全草干粉经乙醇回流提取 ,聚酰胺柱层析 (polyamidepole)得到的黄酮类提取物 (totalflavonoid)的纯度为 6 7.4% ,用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)测定其中的芦丁 (Rutin)占 5 .49% ,槲皮素占 1.2 2 % ,另外还有其他黄酮类物质。经NBT法测定的结果表明 ,蒲公英黄酮类提取物和其中的芦丁均有较强的体外清除超氧阴离子 (O·-2 )的能力更多还原

【Abstract】 A result of 5.49% of Rutin and 1.22% of Quercetin in distillation of Taraxacum mongolicum Hand-Mazz.with alcohol and polyamide pole was detemined by means of HPLC and a result of 67.4% of total flavonid in the distillation of Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz by uv-754.It is indicated that total flavonoid of Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz and Rutin have definite domino effect of antioxidation by NBT ,but it was not found in Quercetin.更多还原
