【Abstract】 By using systematical thinking method, the writer has analyzed and studied the evolutional history of the structure of the world after World War II. For the writer’s point of view, the multi-polar structure has not formed yet, but the multi-polarization is the overall trend. The superiority of the U.S. in political, economic and military fields is only the superiority of the current stage. The strategic plan and actions of the U.S. to dominate the whole world is against the historical trend and mono-polar supremacy is out of the tune with the multi-element and multi-polar structure.
