【Abstract】 Based on the basic principle of capacitance hygrometer, a microcontroller application system which is consisted of AT89C52 micro-controller and its peripher chips is constructed. The system performs these functions: automatically detects dew point immediately, collects data in real time and analyzes history data correctly, displays the data on LCD, transfers the data to PC and so on. Finally, the Al2O3 membrane regime capacity sensor on-line hygrometer is successfully developed.更多还原
