【摘要】 [目的]提出一种快速、高效,节省有机试剂的有机氯农药残留量测定的前处理方法。[方法]用超声波振荡法进行试验,并对4种不同的前处理方法进行比较与分析。[结果]4种不同的前处理方法其测定结果差异有显著性,其中本文提出的超声波振荡1h,离心净化的方法消耗最少、得率最高。[结论]建议推广和应用该方法进行前处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose] To present a pretreatment method which is accurate, efficient and economic in determination of organochlorine residues. [Method]To process experiment through ultrsonic vibrate, compare and analyze four sorts of pretreatment methods. [Result]Four sorts of differentpretreatment methods are quite different in determining results. The pretreatment methods which adopted ultrasonic vibrate 1 hour and centrifugal purification consume least but produce most.
