【摘要】 [目的]评价静态心电监护对心律失常的诊断价值。[方法]对500例患者行常规心电图检查模式和长时间模式检测心律失常。 [结果]静态心电监护检出心律失常347例,检出13个类型,检出率69.4％。常规心电图检出心律失常119例,7个类型,检出率23.8％,二者差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。[结论]静态心电监护对一过性、阵发性心律失常的诊断有明显优越性,可为临床提供有效的治疗依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the diagnosis value of Static Electrocardiograph Monitoring (SEM) to arrhythmia. [Method]500 patients with arrhythmia received Routine Examination of Electrocardiograph (ECG) and SEM. [Result]SEM discriminate 374 cases, 13 types, and its discrimination is 69.4% . ECG discriminates 119 cases, 7 types, and its discrimination is 23.8% . There is significant difference between the two methods ( P <0.01) . [Conclusion]SEM has a significant advantage on paroxysmal arrhythmia. It can provide effective basis for clinical treatment.更多还原
