补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方对沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注后海马CA1区神经元损伤的影响

【摘要】 目的 :比较研究补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方对脑缺血再灌注后海马CA1区病理形态结构的影响。方法 :采用沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭脑缺血模型 ,分别腹腔注射补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方 ,于再灌注后 5d取脑观察海马CA1区神经元密度和超微病理的变化。结果 :补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方均可防止脑缺血再灌注后海马CA1区神经元密度的降低 ,对海马CA1区超微病理变化均有改善作用 ,两者的改善程度相近。结论 :补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方对脑缺血再灌注后海马CA1区神经元迟发性损伤具有保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the protective effects of Bu Yang Huan Wu decoction (BBYHWD)and its available composition combination on neuronal injury in hippocampal CA 1 area after cerebral ischemic reperfusion. Method:Cerebral ischemica model was made by ligating bilateral common carotid artery in gerbil. BYHWD and its available composition combination were administered intraperitoneally respectively. Ultrastructural changes and neuronal density in hippocampal CA 1 area were observed by histology at 5 days after reperfusion. Results:BYHWD and its available composition combination have similar effects on increasing the neuronal density and improving the pathological changes in hippocampal CA 1 area. Conclusion:Both BYHWDand its available composition combination have protective effects on delayed neuronal death in hippocampal CA 1 area after cerebral ischemic reperfusion.
