循经高温线下深部温度的测定
Measurement of Depth’s Temperature under Thermal Lines along Meridian
【摘要】 目的 :了解循经高温线下深部组织温度 ,探讨循经高温线形成的机理。方法 :应用红外热像技术和插入式测温方法 ,对家兔体表在艾灸后产生的循经高温线下 (皮下、表皮下 5、10mm)的组织温度进行测定。结果 ,(1)艾灸前经线上的平均温度为 32 .7℃± 0 .5 3℃ ,经外的体表温度为 32 .5± 0 .5 5℃ ,两者无统计学差异 ;(2 )艾灸后经脉上的表面温度升高 0 .7℃ ,经脉外升高 0 .2℃ ,两者比较有统计学意义 ,P <0 .0 5 ;(3)随深度的增加 ,经线内外两组的温差逐渐减小 ,皮下的温差值为 0 4℃ ,表皮下 5mm为 0 2℃ ,表皮下 10mm为0 1℃ ,并且均无统计学意义。结论 :艾灸后形成的循经高温线的升温似只出现在体表和皮肤层
【Abstract】 Objective:In order to measure depth’s temperature under the thermal line along the meridian, and to reseach the principle of that line. Methods: The surface and depth’s temperature of the thermal line along meridian were measured simultaneously by infrared thermography and by needle thermal couples in 10 rabbits. Results:(a)The surface temperature is 32 7±0 53 degree, and the temperature out of the meridian is 32 5±0 55 degree;(b)After moxibustion the surface temperature along the meridian rises 0 7 degree, and it out of the meridian rises 0.2 degree, there are statistical difference in both within and uot of the meridian;(c)The temperature of both groups gets close gradually as the needle thermal couples descend, the temperature difference of both groups in the subcutaneous is 0 4 degree, 0 2 degree in subcutaneous 5mm and 0 1 degree in subcutaneous 10mm. Conclusions: The increase in temperature after moxibustion on thermal line along meradian is marked only on the skin layer.
