【摘要】 现代医学的诊断思维在于有形之病变 ,而传统中医的诊断要点却在于无形之病气。通过验案数则的对比和分析 ,说明病气与病变是因果相关的 ,即由无形变有形。病气无由宣泄 ,瘀滞经络既久 ,则病变成矣。作者在数 10年临证实践中悟得“脉图”[1] 这一新概念 ,并进而认知 :方剂、脉图、证型三者密切相关 ,一一对应。只要脉图相同 ,便是同一事物———即同证 ,不论病之无形或有形 ,治疗方剂便是相同的。正确的选方 ,可以实现病变的逆转化 ,即病变反转病气而作解 ,最终消无芥蒂。这种以脉图为基础的辨证定方理论 ,为中医治疗肿瘤病开启一扇大门 ,前景广阔更多还原

【Abstract】 The diagnostic thinking of modern medicine is on pathological changes of morphology. The diagnostic gist of TCM is on the disease energen which is invisible. This paper expounds that disease energen and pathological changes are causality that means the invisible changes to the visible. Disease energen has no way to get off,silts up long time in main and collateral channels and pathological changes form. Author has realized the pulse figure,a new concept,in tens years of clinic practice and then recognized that prescription,pulse figure and syndrom type are closely related and corresponding one by one. Diseases are the same one if their pulse figure are same whether they are visible or not. That menas they are same disease and use the same prescription for treatment. correct selection of prescription can achieve the better for pathological changes. The return of disease energen can explain this cognition and finally disappear. The theory of selecting prescription by disease syndrom based on pulse figure open up a path for treating tumour depending on TCM with vast vistas.更多还原
