【摘要】 采用TLC和HPLC两种方法鉴别菟丝子（Cuscuta.chinensis Lam.）和南方菟丝子（C.australis R.Br.）。TLC采用聚酰胺薄层层析,MeOH-HOAc-H₂O和CHCl₃-MeOH-HOAc两种溶剂二次展开。HPLC采用Hypersil-ODS柱,MeOH-0.025mol·L^-1H₃PO₄为流动相,流速1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长360nm,柱温40℃。两种方法鉴别特征均很显著,且操作简便,重现性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Idenfitication of seeds of Cuscuta australis R.Br.and C.chinensis Lam.was carried out by TLC and HPLC.Polyamide membrane was used as stationary phase,MeOH-HOAc-H2O and CHCl3-MeOH-HOAc were used as mobile phase for TLC.For HPLC,Hypersil-ODS column was used; the mobile phase was MeOH-0.025 M H3PO4; the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-t; detection wavelength was 360 nm; and column temperature was 40℃.Both methods represented significant identification characteristics,and were simple,accurate and reproducible.更多还原
