【摘要】 目的 :研究反相高效液相色谱 (RP HPLC)内标定量法测定金诺芬含量。方法 :采用ODS柱 ,甲醇 ( 0 .0 1mol·L-1)KH2 PO4缓冲溶液为流动相 ,0 .10mg·mL-1尿苷乙腈 水 ( 60∶4 0 )溶液作内标及样品溶剂 ,紫外检测波长 2 10nm。结果 :平均回收率 99.85 % ,RSD为 0 .2 7% (n =5 ) ,线性范围为 0 .10～ 2 .2 0mg·mL-1,检出限 10ng·mL-1。结论 :本法精密度高 ,重现性好 ,分析结果可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine auranofin content by RP-HP LC method using an internal standard.Methods:An ODS column,a mobile phase of MeOH∶H 2O=60∶40 buffered wi th 0.01 mol·L^-1 KH 2PO 4 solution,an internal standard of 0.10 mg·mL （-1） uridine,a mixed solvents of acetonitrile∶H₂O=60∶40 and a UV detector of 210 nm were adopted.Results:A mean recovery of 99.85% with a RSD of 0.27%（n=5） and a linear range of 0.10～2.20 mg·mL^-1 with a detection limit of 10 ng·mL^-1 were obtained.Conclusion:This method is accurate,reproducible,and reliable for deter mination of auranofin.更多还原
