【摘要】 目的 :观察中药复方地龙胶囊对实验动物心血管方面的药理作用 ,为其临床适应证提供实验依据。方法 :按照中药三类新药要求 ,采用了大鼠脑梗死损伤模型、麻醉犬脑血流动力学实验、大鼠体内血栓模型及小鼠的凝血时间观察等实验项目 ,连续灌胃给予复方地龙胶囊 ,测定相关实验指标。结果 :复方地龙胶囊能改善缺血引起的组织损伤 ,促进其梗死病灶的修复 ,能增加脑内血流量和减少其血管阻力 ,降低血小板的粘附率和延长体内血栓形成时间等。结论 :复方地龙胶囊对治疗中风后遗症及相关病症方面有较好前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the cardiovascular effect in animal mod els of compound lumbrical capsule,a new traditional Chinese medicine product.Methods:The experimental targets were attained in animal models includ ing brain infarct injury in rats,cerebral hemodynamic measurement in anesthetic dogs,rats with thrombosis,and to observe the coagulation time in mice.Results:Compound lumbrical capsule can improve blood supply in ischemi c area of brain,increase blood inflow in brain blood vessel,decrease platelet ad hesiveness and prolong thrombotic time.Conclusion:Compound lumbrical capsule is an effective agent for treatm ent of stroke sequel and related disease.更多还原
