【摘要】 目的 :通过对医院内感染常见的致病菌铜绿假单胞菌的药敏试验及 3年耐药性变迁的分析 ,指导临床合理用药。方法 :收集本院 1998年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 12月临床标本中分离的 131株铜绿假单胞菌 ,采用K B纸片扩散法进行抗生素的敏感试验 ,按美国临床检验标准委员会 (NCCLS) 1995标准进行判断。结果 :铜绿假单胞菌对临床常用 10种抗生素的耐药率逐年上升 ,环丙沙星、美洛西林钠、替卡西林和亚胺培南的耐药率 2 0 0 0年分别达5 0 .0 % ,6 6 .0 % ,71.4%和 12 .7%。结论 :我院铜绿假单胞菌的耐药率 3年中显著上升 ,防治其产生的根本方法是合理使用抗菌药更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:For rational use of drugs,the drug resistance to pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated during the last three years was measured by susceptibility test and the increases in resistance were analyzed.Methods:The susceptibility of 131 isolated strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa was determined by disk diffusion method of Kirby Bauer and evaluated by the National Committee on Clinical Laboratory Standard.Results:The resistance to pseudomonas aeruginosa of 10 antibiotics commonly used in clinic was increased with the elapse of time.The resistance rate for ciprofloxacin,mezlocillin,ticarcillin,and imipenem reached as high as 50.0%,66.0%,71.4% and 12.7% respectively.Conclusion:The drug resistance rate of antibiotics to pseudomonas aeruginosa was significantly increased in our hospital during the last three years and rational use of antibiotics is the method for its prevention.更多还原
