【摘要】 目的 :观察国产表柔比星为主的联合化疗方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤、乳腺癌、非小细胞肺癌的疗效和不良反应。方法 :多个中心应用统一的以国产表柔比星为主的联合化疗方案 ,对治疗 6 7例患者的疗效和不良反应进行分析。结果 :非霍奇金淋巴瘤 2 6例中 ,完全缓解 3例 ,部分缓解 15例 ,有效率 6 9.2 %。乳腺癌 2 3例中 ,完全缓解 1例 ,部分缓解 11例 ,有效率 5 2 .2 %。非小细胞肺癌 18例中 ,完全缓解 1例 ,部分缓解 5例 ,有效率 33.3%。全组总有效率为 5 3.7%。不良反应以骨髓抑制和脱发发生率最高 ,Ⅲ度脱发 11.9% ,Ⅲ度白细胞下降 2 0 .9% ,Ⅲ /Ⅳ度血小板下降 7.5 % ,Ⅰ度心脏毒性仅见 1例 ,本品耐受性良好。结论 :国产与进口表柔比星的疗效和不良反应相近 ,值得临床推广使用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy and toxicity of domestic epirubicin in treatment of non Hodgkin’s lymphoma,breast cancer,and non small cell lung cancer.Methods:The multicenter study was conducted in 67 cancer patients using a unified therapeutic regimen to observe the therapeutic effects and toxicity of domestic epirubicin in combination with the anticancer agents.Results:In 26 cases of non Hodgkin’s lymphoma,there were 3 complete remission (CR),15 partial remission(PR),with a remission rate (RR)of 69.2%.In 23 cases of breast cancer,there were 1 CR,11 PR,with a RR of 52.2%. In 18 cases of non small cell lung cancer,there were 1 CR,5 PR,with a RR of 33.3%.The total remission rate in the whole group was 53.7%.The main toxicity observed were bone marrow suppression,alopecia (grade Ⅲ)11.9%,leukopenia (grade Ⅲ)11.9%,thrombocytopenia (grade Ⅲ/Ⅳ) 7.5%, and cardiotoxicity (grade I)1.5%.Conclusion:The efficacy and toxicity of domestic epirubicin are similar to that of the imported epirubicin.更多还原
