盐酸班布特罗的合成工艺改进
Improvement of synthetic process for bambuterol hydrochloride
【摘要】 目的 :合成盐酸班布特罗。方法 :采用了对比性实验 ,确定反应途径。结果 :经缩合、还原、成盐 3步反应合成盐酸班布特罗。结论 :该反应途径为最佳途径。
【Abstract】 Objective:To synthesize bambuterol hydrochloride. Methods:The synthetic route was established by comparative study.Reslts:Bambuterol hydrochloride was synthesized by three steps,reduction,condensation,and salt formation.Conclusion:A best way for synthesis of bambuterol hydrochloride is reported.
