【摘要】 目的 :研究利压定治疗高血压的疗效和安全性。方法 :采用随机单盲法将 10 8例轻、中度原发性高血压患者分成 2组 ,先服安慰剂 2周 ,然后以疗效肯定的卡托普利为对照组。利压定组 10mg·d-1,如血压下降未达有效水平 ,每 2周依次增加 10～ 30mg·d-1;卡托普利组 37.5mg·d-1,无效可按上法依次增至 75～ 112 .5mg·d-1,总疗程 6周。结果 :利压定组与卡托普利组的降压总有效率分别为 90 .7%和 90 .9% (P >0 .0 5 ) ,不良反应以咳嗽为主 ,分别为 14.7%和 15 .5 % (P >0 .0 5 )。利压定组中 2 8例治疗前后测定 2 4h动态血压 ,计算降压谷峰比值 ,收缩压为 5 6 .8% ,舒张压为 6 1.4% ;2 4例经超声心动图检查 ,提示该药可明显改善左室内径和心功能。结论 :利压定是一种长效制剂 ,对轻、中度高血压病患者每日服用 1次 ,就可发挥稳定而持久的降压效应更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of lisinopril in treatment of hypertension.Methods:A single blind experiment was conducted in 108 patients with mild to moderate hypertension.After 2 weeks’placebo treatment ,they were randomly to receive either once daily dose of 10 mg lisinopril(Listril)( n =75),or of 37.5 mg captopril( n =33) for 6 weeks.The dose of the former may be increased 10 to 30 mg every 2 weeks if needed and the dose of the latter may be incresed to 75～ 112.5 mg every 2 weeks if needed.Results:The total effective rate for the active group was 90.7% vs 90.9% for the control group.The most common side effect was cough with an incidence rate of 14.7% for the active vs 15.5% for the control.The 24 h ambulatory BP monitoring was conducted in 28 patients in the active group with a trough peak ratio of 56.8% for SBP and 61.4% for DBP.24 cases of echocardiographic measurement showed that the left ventricular inner diameter and cardiac function were obviously improved.Conclusions:Lisinopril is a long acting agent for mild to moderate hypertension,and a stable and persistant effect may be obtained after a single daily dose.
