【Abstract】 L asparaginase(L ASP) is an enzyme which can inhibit the growth of malignant cells to synthesize asparagine.It is used mainly for the induction of remission in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukameia(ALL) and for the combination chemotherapy in advanced non Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL).However,acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis has been reported in association with its use.In this paper,29 case of hemorrhagic pancreatitis reported in our country were analyzed by the authors and the measures for its prevention and treatment were also discussed.
