【摘要】 目的 :研究血塞通在 5 %葡萄糖 ,10 %葡萄糖 ,0 .9%氯化钠 3种输液中的稳定性。方法 :用紫外分光光度法测定血塞通的含量 ,并观察输液的外观 ,pH及血塞通的紫外光谱变化。结果 :血塞通在 0 .9%氯化钠中混合1h ,在 10 %葡萄糖中混合 3h ,在 5 %葡萄糖中混合 4h含量均在 98%以上。结论 :血塞通注射液与 3种输液可以配伍使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the stability of panax notoginseng saponins in 5% glucose solution,10% glucose solution,and 0.9% sodium chloride solution.Methods:The stability of panax notoginseng saponin solution was determined by UV spectrophotometric assay of its content,by observing changes in its appearance,pH value,and UV spectrum within 4h.Results:The panax notoginseng saponin content is >98% within 1h of admixture with 0.9% NaCl solution,>98% within 3h of admixture with 10% glucose solution and >98% within 4h of admixture with 5% glucose solution.Conclusion:5% and 10% glucose solution and 0.9% NaCl solution are compatible with panax notoginseng saponin injection.[更多还原
