舒血宁注射液(静脉注射用)对大鼠血液流变学和体内血栓形成的影响

【摘要】 目的 :研究舒血宁注射液 (静脉注射用 )对整体动物血液流变学和血栓形成的影响。方法 :在“血淤”(高血液粘滞度 )模型大鼠进行血液流变学以及在整体大鼠进行由电刺激所致血栓形成的实验。结果 :①大鼠经皮下注射肾上腺素后 ,其不同切变率下全血粘度及血浆粘度均增高。②在“血淤 (高血液粘滞度 )”模型大鼠静脉注射舒血宁注射液 0 .5ml/kg ,可降低大鼠模型不同切变率 (1s-1,5s-1,5 0s-1,10 0s-1)下的全血粘度 ,分别降低2 4.3% ,2 1.4% ,19.9%和 16 .5 % (均为P <0 .0 1) ;可降低大鼠模型不同切变率 (1s-1,5s-1,5 0s-1,10 0s-1)下血浆的粘度 ,分别降低 17.4% ,19.6 % ,18.2 %和 16 .6 % (均为P <0 .0 5 ) ;可减少红细胞压积 7.5 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;对红细胞聚集指数无影响。③在“血淤 (高血液粘滞度 )”的模型大鼠静脉注射舒血宁注射液 0 .75ml/kg ,可降低大鼠模型不同切变率 (1s-1,5s-1,5 0s-1,10 0s-1)下的全血粘度 ,分别降低 6 1.6 % ,44 .6 % ,2 4.6 %和 2 6 .0 % (均为P <0 .0 0 1) ;可降低大鼠模型不同切变率 (1s-1,5s-1,5 0s-1,10 0s-1)下血浆的粘度 ,分别降低 42 .1% ,44 .8% ,43.5 %和 43.8% (均为P <0 .0 0 1) ;可减少红细胞压积 12 .5 % (P <0 .0 1) ;降低红细胞聚集指数 (P <0 .0 0 1)。④静

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of shuxuening injection ( Ginkgo biloba extract for intravenous injection) on hemorheology and thrombokinesis in vivo of rats.Methods:The hemorheologic study was conducted in rat’s model with hyper viscosity(RMHV)and the experiment on thrombokinesis induced by electric stimulation was conducted in rats in vivo .Results:①?After subcutaneous injection of adrenaline,the viscosity of whole blood and plasma in RMHV were increased at different shears in comparison with nomal rats.②?After intravenous administration of 0.5ml/kg shuxuening injection,the decrease in whole blood viscosity in RMHV at different shears(1s -1 ,5s -1 ,50s -1 ,100s -1 ) were 24.3%,21.4%,19.9% and 16.5%( P <0.01 for all) respectively,the corresponding decrease in plasma viscosity were 17.4%,19.6%,18.2% and 16.6%( P <0.05 for all) respectively;and no effect on erythrocytic aggregation index was observed.③?After intravenous administration of 0.75ml/kg shuxuening injection,the decrease in whole blood viscocity in RMHV at different shears(1s -1 ,5s -1 ,50s -1 ,100s -1 ) were 61.6%,44.6%,24.6% and 26.0%( P <0.001 for all) respectively;the corresponding decrease in plasma viscosity were 42.1%,44.8%,43.5% and 43.8%( P <0.001 for all) respeetively,the decrease in hematocrit was 12.5%( P <0.01) and erythrocytic aggregation index decreased markedly( P <0.001).④?30 minutes after intravenous administration of 0.5 and 0.75ml/kg shuxuening injection,the increase in thrombokinesis time was 68.8%( P <0.05) and 113.8%( P < 0.01) respectively.Conclusion:Intravenous administration of shuxuening injection can decrease the blood viscosity and prolong the thrombokinesis time in rats.
