【摘要】 目的 :观察生血宁片对儿童缺铁性贫血患者的临床疗效和不良反应。方法 :共 2 10例患者随机分为治疗组 15 0例 ,予生血宁片 0 .2 5 g ,tid ,po ;对照组 6 0例 ,予琥珀酸亚铁片 0 .1g ,tid ,po。均连服 4周。 结果 :生血宁片治疗 15 0例儿童缺铁性贫血患者中显效 98例 ,有效 42例 ,显效率与总有效率分别为 6 8.6 7%与 94.0 0 % ,与阳性照药无显著差异。结论 :生血宁片疗效显著 ,无明显不良反应更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:As stated in the title.Methods:210 patients were divided to receive Sheng xue ning pian 0.25g tid or daily serrosi succinatis 0.1g both for 4 weeks.Results:A total effective rate of 94.00% was abtained.Conclusion:Results of this study suggested that Sheng xue ning pian is an effective and safe agent for treatment of iron deficiency anemia.更多还原
