葡甲胺环腺苷酸对血小板功能的影响

【摘要】 目的 :研究葡甲胺环腺苷酸 (MCA)对鼠血小板功能的影响。方法 :大鼠 5 0只 ,随机分 5组。对照组 :尾静脉注射生理盐水 (NS)共 3d ;双嘧达莫组 :静脉注射双嘧达莫 5mg/kg共 3d ,MCA 3组 :分别于尾静脉注射MCA 10 ,2 0 ,40mg/kg共 3d。用二磷酸腺苷 (ADP)和胶原诱导血小板聚集 ,测定凝集率。同时用小鼠 2 0只 ,腹腔注射MCA 10mg/kg共 3d ,测定其尾动脉出血时间。 结果 :MCA可抑制ADP和胶原引起的血小板聚集 ;且延长小鼠尾动脉出血时间。结论 :MCA可抑制鼠血小板功能

【Abstract】 Objectives:As stated in the title.Methods:50 rats were randomly and equally divided to receive tail venous injection of saline for 3d;dipyridamole in regimen of 5 mg/kg×3d;MCA in 3 different regimen of 10 mg/kg×3d;20 mg/kg×3 d;and 40 mg/kg×3 d.The platelet aggregation was determined using ADP and collagen as inducing agents.The tail artery blooding time was also determined using another 20 rats receiving 10 mg/kg×3d given by peritoneal injection.Results:The platelet aggregation induced by ADP and collagen can be inhibited by MCA and the rats’tail artery blooding time can be prolonged by it.Conclusions:The platelet function of rats can be inhibited by MCA.
