【摘要】 目的 :探讨多巴胺和维生素B12 球后注射治疗儿童弱视的疗效。方法 :80例屈光参差性和斜视性弱视儿童随机分为两组 :治疗组 ,应用小剂量 (2～ 4mg)多巴胺和维生素B12 进行球后注射 ;对照组 ,采用综合疗法如光栅、后像及精细作业等训练。两组均遮盖主导眼 ,观察 3～ 2 4个月 ,平均 15 .8个月。结果 :治疗组基本治愈率为 72 .5 % ,47.5 %恢复完善的立体视觉 ,2 7人P VEP潜时缩短。对照组基本治愈率为 2 7.5 % ,立体视觉恢复率为 15 % ,8人P VEP潜时缩短。两组差异具有非常显著性意义。结论 :多巴胺和维生素B12 治疗儿童弱视安全有效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of retrobulbar injections of podamine and vitamin B 12 on the vision of amblyopic children.Methods:80 cases of children with anisometropic and strabismic amblyopia were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the drug group were treated with small doses(2～4mg) of podamine and vitamin B 12 by retrobulbar injection. Patients in the control group received a comprehensive treatment including visual after image stimulation and a rotating spiral. Both groups had their healthy eyes patched and were observed for a period of about 3～24 months(15.8 months on average).Results:The cure rate in the drug group was 72.5%,with 47.5% obtaining full stereoscopic vision. The corresponding results in the control group were 27.5% and 15%,respectively. Shorter latencies were found in the p 100 wave of the P VEP in 27 cases in the drug group but in only 8 cases in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant.Conclusion:Injection of podamine and vitamin B 12 is an effective and safe procedure for the treatment of amblyopic children. [FK(WB80011?6]更多还原
